My therapist was very professional and caring. She made me feel at ease all the way through my treatment.
I had acupuncture for the pain and I found it very good. My therapist was kind to me and happy at all times.
I got on well with her.

Everything, the nurses, other staff members. I can't put it into words how lovely it is here, better than a hotel.What is there to improve on. Its perfect.

The treatment from all the nurses, other staff and physios have been extremely good. The food has been very plateble. Night staff have been very good as well. Cleanliness is perfect. I can't praise it enough. You don't improve what is already perfect. A lovely atmosphere here.

The care of the staff nurses and everyone, it's been excellent.
The staff make you feel wanted (all staff not just nurses).
Only thing I feel needed is more staff.

Thank you for your positive feedback. We do regularly review our staffing needs against patient dependency and acuity needs and adjust staffing issues as required.

Everything they have done for me better than any general I have been in.
Don't be afraid to come in here, it's wonderful.
Staff can't do enough for you.
